Information used in a real estate transaction
A real estate transaction can require identity, contact, financial, property, communication, offer, disclosure, inspection, title, escrow, and closing information. Some information is shared with service providers and other participants so the requested work can be completed.
California privacy rights
When the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to a business and request, a California resident may have rights to know, correct, delete, limit, or opt out of certain uses or sharing. A legal record-retention or transaction duty can require information to be kept even after a request.
Making a request
